Homeowners and Asbestos

Broadland Group has helped thousands of homeowners manage asbestos in their properties by conducting surveys and managing removal works.

If you own a house built before 2000 and are worried about asbestos, we can provide you with peace of mind. Our services offer excellent value for money while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. We will guide you through the entire process and be with you every step of the way.

It is possible that your property might contain common asbestos products such as textured coatings on ceilings or walls, floor tiles, cement sheets in your garage, an old water tank in your loft, external soffits or rainwater goods among others. To ensure the safety of you and your family, as well as to assist with any future sale or purchase, it may be beneficial to appoint a surveyor from Broadland Group to inspect the entire property. This will help you identify any potential hazards and take necessary precautions to keep your loved ones safe.
