Commercial Asbestos Removal

Some asbestos materials cannot be managed in-situ and may need to be removed, or insome way made safe. This work is often complex and hazardous and therefore requires highly-skilled professionals equipped with a host of specialist tools and machinery in order to meet the legal requirements, but don’t panic.

Broadland Group can manage the entire process for you from identification of the asbestos material through to the final air testing and certification. We have a wealth of experience in organising and managing asbestos removal or remediation projects.

Where appropriate, usually for complex or large-scale projects, we can produce a fully comprehensive Specification of Works to enable the works to be tendered to a number of contractors, safe in the knowledge that all parties are in possession of the necessary information to provide an accurate quotation for the work required.

For smaller projects we can obtain costs on your behalf using the knowledge we have gained via surveys, sampling and site visits alongside conversations with the client and can manage the whole program from instructing the contractor through to compiling the completion paperwork.

You can rest assured that all your legal responsibilities will be met by a team of reliable, professional experts with all the necessary insurances, accreditations and licenses to do the work.

Asbestos materials within your property may be a hindrance to the operation of your business, perhaps they require removal to enable improvements or upgrades to be made or they may be in poor condition through degradation over time or an accident – there are many reasons why remediation or full removal may be the best course of action.

If the asbestos is in a customer-facing environment then we can design the works in such a way as to minimise disruption and therefore the financial impact whilst ensuring they are carried out to the very highest standard for the safety of all concerned.
